1. No Refund Policy
All sales are final.
We do not provide refunds under any circumstances once an order has been placed.
This includes but is not limited to:

Price difference after purchase
Delays caused by logistics or external factors
2. No Return Policy
We do not accept returns of any products sold on https://www.senioragency.in.
Furniture, safes, lockers, and heavy products are sourced, handled, and delivered based on confirmed customer orders.
Returned products cannot be resold due to safety, hygiene, and handling concerns.
3. No Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, whether online, by phone, or in-store.
Once payment is completed and the order is confirmed, it is immediately processed and cannot be reversed.
4. Product Inspection at Delivery
Customers are strongly advised to inspect the product at the time of delivery.
Any visible damage during transit must be reported immediately at the time of delivery to the delivery personnel.
Signing the delivery receipt confirms that the product has been received in acceptable condition.
Please note: Reporting after delivery completion will not be eligible for replacement or compensation.
5. Manufacturing Defects & Warranty
Any manufacturing defect or functional issue (if applicable) is covered only under the manufacturer’s warranty, not under our refund or return policy.

Delivery timelines provided are estimated and may vary due to logistics, traffic conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Delays do not qualify for cancellation, refund, or compensation.
